Wanted a quieted dinner to visit with friends. We heard Portland had great Italian food. This place does take reservations. We tried several dishes all were pretty good and pasta was not over cooked. Seafood was fresh. Definitely a nice low key spot to enjoy a more intimate dinner.
Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch here on my first visit. Started out with some Arancini – fried Carnaroli rice balls stuffed with mozzarella and served with a tomato sauce. I had the Milano Panini sandwich and it was great Well prepared with an assortment of soppressata ham, genoa salami, havarti cheese with roasted peppers, pickle, red onion, arugula and an olive tapenade in between a nice soft ciabatta. ,I also had a taste of their lunch special for the day – baked lasagna in a bolognese sauce. Very meaty and very good – may have to try that myself next time.Service by Sam(antha) was excellent and the ambiance of this nice little restaurant is well done. A must-come-back to try some more dishes.
