This place has a great grape covered patio to sit out in during the warm months. They have a nice selection of seasonal dishes. I love their mango dishes. Parking is minimal nearby.

Yummy, but vegetarians: beware!. Most people agree that vegan is defined as the complete and total absence of any meat (meat= beef, chicken, pork, fish, etc) as well as the absense of any/all animal products such as egg and all dairy. Therefore, why is it so hard to understand that vegetarian means NO MEAT? Again, meat is any animal with any sort of flesh, eyes, blood, reproduction, etc. Meat includes chicken and fish. They claim they can make almost any dish vegetarian, however, all but one (the yellow curry) of the curry sauces have fish sauce in it! Even if you order it with tofu and request it to be vegetarain. They should be way more careful about this, because some people have severe fish/seafood allergies. They really need to list ingredients more accurately. Very irresponsible of them! Save yourself the hassle and just say you’re vegan and explain that means no fish and no fish sauce. I’ve never eaten inside the restaurant, but I’ve ordered take out at least a dozen times in the past year. I usually order the same things, so it’s been pretty consistent. The Popia Tod and Fresh Wrapped are really delicious. I love Pad Thai/peanut sauce, so the House Special Curry dish would be ideal. But it has the dang fish sauce. So, I recommend ordering the Yellow Curry dish with tofu and ask for a side of peanut sauce and mix it in. This is amazing! The Tom Kah soup is supposedly vegan, but smelled and tasted like fish. And I obviousky hate fish. Disgusting. My boyfriend, who is a Pescatarian, liked it though. But he didn’t love it. He didn’t even want the leftovers the next day. I also love coconut milk, but the Spicy Coconut Noodles dish (ask for it without the chicken if you’re vegetarian) tastes way more like watered-down lemongrass and tomato/basil broth than coconut. It’s okay, just not what I was hoping. And the Medium heat level is just plain HOT. I love spicy food, but order the Mild if you don’t want your food so spicy that you can’t taste any flavors. My boyfriend, who also loves spicy food and can tolerate heat even more than I can, completely agreed with me on this.
