You really don’t need to write much of a review about Hooters – it speaks for itself. As to this location, it’s the only location left in Portland. The grilled cheese is no longer on the menu, but ask for it.Hooters is modernizing its restaurants across the country. They recently announced every store will be remodeled. This location is clean, but as you pull up it looks like a dilapidated strip club.Service was great.

Waited an hour and a half for a grilled cheese sandwich and fries. The waitresscame over and told us our food was going to be taken care of, which it wasn’t. Most definitely the worst Hooters experience to date.
There for lunch and got boneless wings, hot, parmesan garlic and cajun for $5.99 for the plate. The hot wasn’t very hot at all. The parmesan and cajun were pretty good. The chicken wasn’t very good though. It was chewy and dry. The service was bad too. It was 1pm and not busy at all on a weekday. Our waitress went on break and we didn’t see our backup waitress the whole half hour our original one was gone. I had to go to the bar to refill my drink.
It’s what you expect and hooters foods okay and the view is okay ish
