When the pretentious crowds of Hood River finally get your goat, mosey on over to Alabama Jim’s and grab a wooden table with the locals. The BLT is just like your grandma made: thick-sliced bacon, local tomatoes, a generous smear of mayo, on homemade sourdough.

A basic, inexpensive breakfast and lunch place. You definitely get your monies worth. Food was really fresh and prepared just the way we ordered it.Restaurant is located in an old gas station and easy to miss. We were directed from the local supermarket.
Nothin’ like a homemade breakfast with eggs and anything else you want in it. Or on a hot day, I’ll come buy for their ice cream.
