Mistakes abound at Andrews. Beware!!! These people do NOT handle mistakes at all well. We ordered a pizza over the phone to pick up. We arrived when the pizza was supposed to be done to find that it had not even been started. Apparently, if your order is in the queue during a shift change, they may or may not decide to actually make it. From the remarks of the person waiting on us, this sounded like it happens a lot more than it should. More than once seems like too much to me to be honest. We got the distinct impression that they were expecting us to just go away at this point, but we were hungry and it was getting late enough that a lot of restaurants were closing, so we stayed to wait for our pizza to be made. The pizza was made fairly quickly, but it was not what we ordered. We ordered a pizza with different toppings on each side, but this is not what we were given. When we told them this order was incorrect, they actually had the nerve to suggest that I must have ordered it wrong. I don’t think so. The guy taking the order even read it back to me over the phone. Bottom line, if you feel brave and you have a simple order, you MIGHT be ok ordering here. I never will try this aweful place again.
