Delightful place right in central Hood River. They have a few well-selected beers and a friendly staff. The breakfast sandwiches are fantastic – I wanted a second!
I had the bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast. It was wholesome and incredibly yummy. I then had the turkey sandwich which was also well made. Also this cafe is located such that one gets panoramic view of the scenic town and that is another strong point of the place.
I’ve never had a breakfast sandwich that I enjoyed more.
Best spot for breakfast, and apparantly lunch, in town. I have gotten the hot and bothered breakfast sandwich too many times to count. And now, they have waffles. With bananas on top and/or bacon in the middle. Yum! And the whole staff is super mellow. They don’t care what time of day you drink a beer. And I recently tried a ‘lunch’ sandwich (I usually eat breakfast all day..) and it was awesome! I normally hate turkey, but not this time.
