The Silver Lake Bistro is located in the picturesque town of Joseph, Oregon nestled amidst the Wallowa mountains. We provide locally prepared food in the tradition of an American Bistro featuring fresh baked goods, brick-fired oven artisan pizza, sandwiches, unique specials and espresso coffee drinks. Our restaurant is cozy and casual and we honor local artists on our walls for guests to see and appreciate the flavor of our area while sharing in a unique and sumptuous meal. Our hours, weather permitting, are Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00am to 8:00pm
