Burgers that are baked off to temp, then frozen, then reheated in the microwave then grilled. Frittatas and bagels also go in the microwave. The bagels are from Safeway. Brownies are box mix. The only person who maintained good quality coffee is no longer there. The coffee is weak and only made once a day. Biscuits are from the freezer aisle at Cash and Carry. Asking what ISNT pre made would be a shorter list than asking what IS pre made.
The food is great. The service is very lacking. I asked questions about what was in the Italian Chicken sandwich and the potato salad due to food restrictions. The woman that helped treated me very rudely. Turns out I was not told about the onions on the sandwich (which were ok for me to eat) or the bacon in the potato salad (something I cannot eat). We later witnessed this person treating another group rudely when they asked questions about the food. Good food is important in a restaurant, but service is also equally important. I will not be returning due to the rudeness of the staff. I was there on 07/07/15 at 12:17, order #3307.

She asked me how long till I got there I said I worked down the street at the Ford Dealership and she said it will be ready by the time I got there. She was not joking. The food and service was amazing. If you want great food and a great atmosphere Birdies is the place to go. Best cinnamon rolls also.Thank you so much for a great staff and excellent food.
