Not The Best …. I stopped by for lunch based on reading some very positive reviews. I must have caught them on a bad day. Service was good. Ingredients seemed fresh but the burger was best described as grey and tasteless. Too many better choices available than for me to roll the dice again on this place.

Best Burger. We love the blue cheese bacon burger! Ringo’s has the best burger in these parts, bar none! If you order one of these, you’re gonna need more than one napkin and a ton of commitment–it’s so juicy–once you pick this burger up, it’s hard to put down. We eat there whenever we’ve been out running errands and don’t want to cook. Makes a nice late afternoon lunch/early dinner. Consistently good food and service.

SWMBO and I returned…………. Today for his and hers versions of their legendary Hamburgers. My bride ordered their Deluxe Burger with Cottage Cheese (I know) as her side. I selected the Mushroom-Swiss Burger with a green salad. All of their Burgers are 1/3 lb. fresh, never frozen, Patties. Mine arrived, open faced, with a mound of Sauted Mushrooms covered with a molten mass of Swiss Cheese. The Bun top had Lettuce, Tomato, Raw Onion and Aioli. On the side were a big Dill Pickle Slice and Black Olives. My Salad was in its own bowl and a sliced, whole hardboiled Egg, Iceberg Lettuce, Tomato, Julienned Carrots, Green Onions, Black Olives and Red Cabbage. It was a three napkin Burger. I would rate it a notch above Stone Front’s and a close second to Willamette Burger Company’s. Their reputation is well deserved. The service was OK. Our check was a little slow in coming, so I did have to go to the bar to settle up. But in fairness, we were in a bit of a hurry, so I didn’t allow a lot of time for our check to arrive. We’ll be back.21 Dec, 2010Serious Pub Grub!. I’ve lunched at pubs and dive bars all over the mid-Willamette valley. I can count on my fingers the ones I consider to be on a par with this one! Their Hamburgers are legendary, but today I tried their Halibut and Cheddar Cheese Sandwich. What a treat! Picture a golden Tempura or Beer Battered filet nestled on a soft French bun with a slab of perfectly melted Cheddar Cheese oozing over its sides and covered with shredded lettuce slathered with Tartar sauce. Then imagine this medley of flavors engulfing your tongue like a lover. (Whew. Is it warm in here?) Well, you get the idea. Several sides are offered. I chose what seemed to be a hand crafted (No bagged salad here!) delight with a whole sliced hard boiled egg, black olives, cucumber slices with just a suggestion of raw onion. It’s hard to imagine how they can offer a meal as good as this for under ten dollars! I enthusiastically recommend this place.
