Never again. I have been here twice I enjoyed it the two times I went until wednesday I wentat 2:10 and was told they close at 2:30 when online it says 3 the owner acted as she didn’t want us there because they were closing so we left. I came back today at a little after 12 they were very busy and again was greated by the same lady she tried to set my husband and I at a two person table. We have a baby with us who can’t sit in a high chair yet so I asked if we could get the booth that needed to be cleaned. The server got mad threw the menus and said well then you need to wait and walked away to the register. I will NEVER go back I couldn’t believe how rude we were treated. If she is overwhelmed with how busy she is. Stop being so cheap and hire help! We drove off and went tp thai cuisine down the street. Food was better with WAY better service.
Best Pad Thai I have ever had and I frequent many Thai restaurants. Drunken noodle dish was also very good. Location of restaurant is deceiving being in a strip mall but overall te experience was wonderful.
The food is really good, but the personal is very unfriendly. I eat here frequently and the same unfriendly woman helps us in a bad way. I wouldnt recommend this place if you like to be treated good. She even treats my daughter in a bad mood. My daughter is very friendly and smiles to everyone but this women looks a her in bad mood. Dont recommend this restaurant
We frequent this place on a very regular basis, always receiving great and friendly service. The food is fresh and always made to perfection. Hands down the best egg rolls I’ve ever had. Their soups are remarkably delicious! Some of our classic favorites include either the Duck fried rice, or crab fried rice. Followed by the drunken noodle, crispy basil, massuman curry, green curry and by far the best orange chicken! They home make both coconut and mango ice cream which both are to die for. Oh and their jasmine tea is the best!
Great Thai Food. My wife and I visited Thai Lotus on a Wednesday evening. In terms of aesthetics, they are located in a strip mall but the inside is attractive. I ordered the Drunken Noodle (one of my favorite dishes) while my wife tried the Panang Curry – there is just something magical about that spicy sweet combination and the Panang includes mint leaves, which adds a unique and pleasing flavor. Our server was a woman we typically see here (owner?) – she’s not unfriendly but very reserved – just not an outgoing personality, but she’s efficient, often serving the entire restaurant alone, but she always seems to keep everything straight. Anyway, this is among the better Salem-Keizer area Thai places, in my view.
Good food, poor attitude. Food is great. However, when I pick up my takeout, the woman who must be the owner, never seems very appreciative of my patronage.
A Nice Surprise. Food and service was well above average. Parking, not great in the crowed complex. Probably the best Thai food in Keizer.
