Great environment. Sitting at the sushi made for great conversation with the chiefs while they worked their magic. Although great quality, a little on the pricey side for a causal night out with friends.
this place is 4 blocks from our house and it’s tempting to go here all the time. not only is the sushi great, but stepping into the restaurant feels like stepping into another world. it’s a great space, and they do it well by serving great sushi. it is a bit on the expensive side, but worth it.
This is a real top drawer I and sushi restaurant with very imaginative items on a large menu. We ate at the bar, and had a chance to have a number of little chats with the sushi chefs who really know what they are doing.
Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve always had stellar service here. Sushi bar, liquor bar, and tables all have a different dining experience and are all quite good. Great variety of dishes and I love the informative menu that teaches fishing ethics and sushi dining etiquette. The cocktails are great, too. Happy hour menu is pretty small and hh doesn’t last long, which is my only criticism.

Got the vegan options: PDX Roll, 310 Roll, and Green Machine. All were superb. Nice, happening atmosphere and friendly service.
Close but no cigar. I had so much hope that I had finally found a superb sushi restaurant, but alas – no such luck. I ordered the Green Machine, Chasing the Dragon and I Heart Anago – They all had the potential to be really good but were all very dry and needed sauce. The I Heart Anago only tasted like cream cheese… The Okonomiyaki was good, but extremely rich and oily. Maybe I went on a bad night as many people told me how great this place is… the service was good, the atmosphere was good, but I will keep looking for another sushi restaurant…
