This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. It has also gotten mention in newspaper cheap eats list. They have the crunchiest fried chicken I have ever had. I always get the fried chicken salad with noodles and a spicy Asian vinaigrette for $9. This is true Portland gourmet food at low prices. Located in the Zipper food court on Sandy Blvd. Limited street parking.
