A Nice Find. Have lunched here a couple Saturdays and weve both been pleased with the results. Carne Asada Tacos, Fish Tacos and the Cochinita (Pork) Enchiladas were all winners. I wouldnt say that these guys are on par with Nuestra Cocina, but theyre certainly an acceptable substitute. The lunch menu is rather limited, I believe the dinner one has a little more variety. Best guacamole!. The guacamole is the tastiest I’ve had. I don’t know what they put in it that makes it so savory, but they should keep doing it!The bean enchiladas are my favorite. I also recommend the fish tacos. Everything tastes fresh, and the chips and salsa are great.
Good Food. I just had lunch with my boyfriend at Fonda Rosa. I got the pulled pork enchiladas, and it was one of the best enchiladas I have ever had. He liked his tacos, and we both loved the guacamole. I would recommend this place.
Quality. The ceviche is fresh and tasty. They make their own chips. The margarita is made with fresh lime juice – no sugary mix. The service is very attentive.
