Ok food but service was inattentive and the server seemed bored with being there. The food seemed overpriced as well for the portion size. Great location and fun to sit outside.
This restaurant has lots of different options than the usual Thai fare. I really enjoyed the dumplings as they were crispy and stuffed perfectly with Shrimp, Crab and Minced Pork. The Chicken wings were great because they were crispy and highly seasoned. My least favorite dish was a pork broth rice with celery and pork meatballs. This dish had hardly any spice. It was still fun to try as I had not seen this item on a menu. The green curry had lots of vegetables including green eggplants. This was a perfect spice level. The Thai Iced Coffee was excellent and complimented our food. Our server was efficient and told us about another restaurant on the premise, Langbaan. We have reservations for this place in late Nov. it will be fun to try this place especially if it is similar to PaaDee.
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in town. That’s saying a lot in a town that has almost as many Thai restaurants as coffee shops and gas stations. Their pop up, Lang Baan, is nationally known. I come here often and they greet me warmly. The food has gone down in quality a bit since they started hat yai, I am sad to say. Still the best. I usually get the steak salad, pad se ew or green curry. So well prepared with excellent ingredients. Parking a little challenging on side streets.
