No Standards. I thought that completely replacing the staff would have fixed the longstanding problems with the food quality. Boy was I wrong. The cheeseburger was grey and flavorless, on a soggy, pre-toasted bun that was deeply imprinted from the wire rack on which it had no doubt spent hours waiting to be sold. If I wanted to eat an old, soggy, cheeseburger, I would have gone to a gas station.
Awful. Since the remodel I have been there three times. Every single time I leave there wishing i had never gone in. The food is awful and the service is terrible. Last time we took a burger back three times to be corrected and it still wasn’t right. Pickles and onion only. To me, that means pickles and onion only. It came with cheese so we took it back and asked for no cheese. Got a new burger with no cheese but everything else on it. Took it back again. Pickles, onion and no cheese please. Got it back. Pickles and onion with no cheese but then had mayo and ketchup. I asked for extra caramel on the bottom of my sundae, which I paid extra money for. Got caramel only on the bottom and not on the top. Fries were cold. And the girl working the counter acted like it was all our fault. Once again, I wish I had never gone in and won’t be going back.

Horrible place. Dirty does even describe this place! Twits are us must be norm to be employed, along with rudeness food was terrible, burnt and cold. One employee reciting Jesus Christ the hole time. Another wiping stuff off the counter on the floor hitting people. Is there no pride of any from this owner!
Horrible, rude counter service. Dirty bathrooms. Seating and tables literally falling apart.
The Moo Latte was good, but when I asked the manager a question about a promotion they have every year, she was very upset that I would even ask her such a question and answered back with I don’t know. I then asked her who knows and she said, the owners do what they want whenever they want so that is up to them. I then asked her who are the owners? She said the Kings, I said I will get a hold of them and ask them and said thank you. She then slammed the window in my face.
