Burritos Of the Far East. Ive had the bulgogi beef, and chicken burritos from here and they are both damn fine. Perhaps adjusting the ‘meat to other stuff’ ratio so theres a little more meat and a bit less rice would be a fair thing to suggest, but otherwise there’s no denying these beasts are both delicious and filling. Be sure to have them put Kimchi in there, its flavor and texture mesh well with the other stuff.Grade: B (glad to have you closer to our neck of the woods) drexlermcstyles.tumblr.com

It’s a cart. On wheels. Note: Koi Fusion has wheels – indeed, there are two trucks in the fleet as of this writing – and moves its location daily. It frequents several spots in rotation (the PGE Park flower shop, SW 4th and Ankeny, etc.) but the only way to know where this restaurant is (or will be) is to check its website or follow its Twitter feed.
