True disaster. Restaurant was empty but we were not served even water for 10 minutes. The bartender/waiter was rude. Now to the food. WHY are there boiled eggs and bacon on the Caesar salad?? The eggplant parm was a frozen premade just dropped in the fryer, with a disturbing interior texture. The pasta fresco was slightly warm spaghetti tossed with raw tomatoes and raw, untrimmed spinach. An embarrassment. Hire a real chef and ditch the premade frozen.
Cicily’s is a win. Another great trip to Cicily’s. I’ve been here half a dozen times between now and my last posting. Service had always been great. Food is always amazing. God paired food with micro brews. Sitting at the bar for the first time and our bartender Gabe is on point. Thanks for the great service. After reading some of the bad reviews I’m convinced people think life is a show on food network. stop watching so much t.v. servers and cooks are people and people make mistakes.The food here is great, the service is fast and friendly. If you don’t like real Italian food, don’t go to an Italian restaurant. take yourself to olive garden, which is basically Applebee’s with lots of parmesan. Keep up the good work Cicily’s and don’t let fake reviews get you down. Definitely going back, and the house made Tiramisu will work better than flowers for getting a guy out of the dog house.
Foodie. I have eaten there several times since moving here in February. I like the chicken piccatta but I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs this time. Totally tasteless – the sauce was bland; could have used some garlic. The meatballs were tasteless; I added salt, pepper and parmesan cheese to try to get some flavor. I told the girl that cleared my plate what I thought of the dish. She said I should have said something right away; my waitress gave me the check without any apology and I paid the bill and left. I will not be returning.
Good food. Large dishes and quality food
Not all that good. The staff is super friendly but the food was not worth the price. Everything was kinda of salty or just bland all together.
MIxed up the Bill. Had dinner with another couple. We clearly stated that we wanted separate bills, however, we were charged with the bill for our friends. This is not acceptable. It is the 2nd time Cicely’s has made this kind of money mistake. The first time was not swiping a Gift card at time of purchase for verification. It was too embarrassing to find the card didn’t have any value AFTER I told them to be sure to swipe it.Very poor .. All around
Terrible experience the other night on our anniversary. The service was fine, but the food was a joke. My chicken Alfredo tasted like a thick, reheated mess – the chicken tasted like it was from a can. Not going back again.
