Poor customer service. The worst service ever. I have been going to the open jam on Sundays I have been there 4 times during this paticular time on sunday 5-9I have also have been there on other occasions at other times and busy or slow they never come over but every 20 minutes if your lucky and if you ask another service person for a refill ie; ice tea you get attitude really the worst customer service on a consistent baisis I will continue to go to open jam but will not order dinner again!

My pork taco seemed to be leftover meat they had reheated by frying in vegetable oil..the waitress actually asked the chef how it was made..it was hard …i thought it was deep fried when she brought it to me..my husbands steak taco meat was wierd as well…Eeewww!!! Service & atmosphere terrible!!!
Great food with perfect portions. The atmosphere is wonderful, could use some lite background music. Very clean perfect for friends, family or even a date. Full bar with great service even with only one waiter on the night we were there. Highly recomended…enjoy!
