Hole in the wall. Poor service! Bar tender was more worried about making out with her girlfriend. Went to pay bill after about an hour and was informed I was needing to pay a service fee to use my credit card. I asked to have Credit Card back and was going to pay cash. She informed me since that I held my tab on the CC I would still need to pay a service fee of $3.00 and to add that to bill amount and 20% for tip.
