Very poor customer service. Manager didn’t care tomake things right and showed me he didn’t give a shit about there customers.Very poor business ethics. Never to go there again. This place sucks.
Rude owner who berates customers in front of other patrons.. I was enjoying a nice time with my fianc, I was also utilizing what is called an E-Cig, or vaporizer. Suddenly, this man comes over to me, tells me he had to drive all the way down to Jackson Creek to let me know that this device will not be tolerated in his establishment. I explained that I was sorry, and would discontinue use. He then went on a rant about coming all the way, and he hates the smell, and that I will not use this thing in his establishment. I reiterated that I was sorry, then explained that I had asked every person at the bar top if they would mind if I used this device. He said I dont care what you did, I am the owner, and I had to drive all the way down here to tell you to not use this device. I then tried to explain that he did not have to drive down, one of his employees could have mentioned it to me, and I would have stopped. He once again stated he is the owner and it is not allowed in his establishment. His tone was terse, and was not appreciated. I have been coming to Jackson Creek for many years, and have been using this device in that location for at least 6 months with no one saying a word to me. I know that some places do now allow those device, and I am fine with that, but please, if you do not like it, as any good business owner knows, you dont berate the customer in front of fellow patrons. This was a very classless act, and if this person was truly the owner, I am very surprised that the business has lasted this long. I will never step foot in that establishment again, and I will make sure that every tech, manager, and person working at my company (who utilizes Jackson Creek quite a bit) know this story. Tim/Tom,If you are the owner, I am very sorry that you treat your patrons this way. This is no way to treat anyone. I would never treat you bad because you had tattoos up your neck, or whatever. I am just an average patron who puts money through your establishment, and was rudely treated. Please understand, I meant no disrespect by utilizing that device in your establishment, but you made it a point to be personal with me. Next time, post a sign, and tell your employees to let people know, then you will not have to drive all the way down to tell something so miniscule, and berate them in front of your patrons.
Burnt and long wait. Went there for pizza with my fiancee. We waited for over an hour and when we finally received our pizza it was extremely burnt. They brought it out like that. Didn’t comp the meal or even apologize. Will never go back.
Below average. I ordered a calzone and a large chicken sub. The chicken in the sub was not actually chicken breasts or strips as you would expect it was shredded chicken that when mixed with tons of sauce made the sub seem like eating slop. The calzone was very small and did not come with marinara or dipping sauce. It was flat like a small pizza crust folded over with no fillings. Would not order from here again.
Great Pizza and Beer. We go to Jackson Creek nearly every week. The staff is friendly and helpful, always accommodating. The pizza, salads and subs are always delicious, and the ever-changing beer selection is outstanding! Kid friendly, great food and fab beer … what more could you ask for?
We were just in town overnight and we happened to come across this little dive joint. The staff was super nice and the food was amazing!
