Dark and dingy, felt like I was eating breakfast in a bar. Condiments on table looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, cheap silverware, food was okay – but definitely not worth having again. I had eggs Benedict – blah. Carlos was very nice and should be working at a better restaurant.
Bad Service unfriendly owner. I have gone to this restaurant for lunch several times with a few of my co-workers and keep giving them chance after chance. The owner is always sitting in the restaurant scowling at people as they come in. Never a smile or a greeting friendly or otherwise, although he has seen me many times. The waitresses are busy talking to each other or flirting with the customers and not bringing out the food efficiently or even getting my order correct. No more chances Mrs. Q’s I have spent enough of my hard earned money to not get good service or feel appreciated as a good customer.
Mrs Q’s is our favorite. My family has been eating at Mrs Q’s for years. We find that the food and service is excellent, and the new location is very nice. Thank you Mrs Q’s
Bad business bad service. Mrs Q’s gets NO STARS from us. The food is horrible and served cold. Time and time again. Today was last straw, there were waitresses half smoked cigarette butt lying on front counter another one was eating while serving our food. Bad food, bad service and bad for Medford.07 May, 2011Last chance for Mrs. Q’s. My niece and I live a few blocks from Mrs. Q’s on Jackson. We were excited when they opened hoping to have a nice affordable place to have meals. We have given Mrs Q’s chance after chance to give us even a moderate dining experience. Time after time we have been dissapointed. Today was our last time. Our meaL was cold,tasteless and just awful. The service was terriable as well.
Horrible!! Went in with 5 friends, waited OVER 3 hours just for our food and it was disgusting, everything and I mean everything was cold. I had to get up 4 times to ask my waitress for more water and always waited at least 20 minutes for it. Used to love them now unfortunately I will never ever go back there!!

Simple & Good. Great breakfasts at reasonable prices, look for it it is hard to find just of court in Medford.
