I love this Olive Garden. The food is always good and consistent as Id expect from a chain, but this location has exemplary service. Even when its slammed we are well attended to.
Every time my significant other finds something he likes here they take it off the menu. It’s becoming ridiculous. Just make consistently good food and bring back the darn pork veneto. Love the zupa soup and breadsticks. Everything else is meh at best. Frustrating servers. Smother you for 5 min and don’t see them again until you ask for your check. Someone else always ends up bringing my food. Last time I only got the three breadsticks we started with 🙁
Fabulous Service by Aaron. I wrote a very negative review of this restaurant recently, however we were contacted by the regional manager Chuck Flore, and he and I discussed the issues we had on our last visit. My husband agreed to try it again, so we did and we were treated to the exceptional service by Aaron. This young man truly understands exceptional service. He was there right when we needed him, but didn’t hover and the food was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and determined if there is a problem, contact the organization and discuss the problems.
People! Come on!!! This isn’t fresh food. It’s dump and stir made to feel fancy (ish). The MSG and sodium content alone could kill u. Support your local merchants like Rosario’s, pomodori, pasta piatti or any place that isn’t a chain. We can do it!!! Break the cycle!
Medford doesn’t have a great deal of places to eat I like this place it’s not a fancy place nor is it costly but they do have have a few good menu choices family friendly, gets really packed on weekends, does have great service most of the time
