Underwhelmed by the lack of taste — only the salsa that came with my breakfast Soutwestern wrap had and real flavour to it. My wife’s eggs were overcooked and her bacon not crispy as requested. At $4/cup of (organic) coffee it adds up to make for a rather expensive breakfast. We’ll perhaps try them again for lunch — but this was not a great introduction to what we’re hoping might become a regular lazy weekend treat.
Not Very Accommodating. Food was either extremely spicy or extremely bland, and spicy options were not indicated on the menu. Staff did not appear knowledgeable about vegan options like Earth Balance for toast instead of butter.
Staff does not know the menu, and staff is not helpful. The dark haired girl at the counter was actually rude when we asked her to get some help. She called a lady from the back and neither of them could use the POS system efficiently. Can’t tell you about the food because we left. Not much we could do it the counter ladies can’t input your order into the POS. Not a good risk if you are looking for decent, friendly service.
Thankyou for the organic food. When you point out the Hispanic staff you sound very racist. Did it matter what background they were? Medford needs to be more accepting of other cultures!
Girl in front was so friendly.Really helpful, however the Hispanic staff was lacking. Saw them mess up on a few orders while I was there. Asked for a cup and some salsa which never found its way to us. Great food, but coming back only if that same girl is working.
Spinach Omelet, NO SPINACH!. This place will never get it together…I stop in only to pick up orders for the office. I stopped eating their food a long time ago.Finally, those in the office have made the decision…no one from here will be eating there anymore.Who is running things!Also, the cook with the sleeveless t-shirt…Gross.10 May, 2012Finally!!!. A mixed bag of good and bad. The smoorhy is good, broccoli soup is bad ( rubber tires); burgers are good w/ sweet potato fries; drinking water is way over chlorinated. Choose carefully. A bi over priced too.
