Great western steakhouse, BEST ribs in town!. Mood food is a tool bag… I’d sooner eat at McDonalds than eat an antibiotic, pesticide ridden steak at Outback. Lmao. If you want 5 star service, DON’T go to a western themed steak house ding dong. If you want peanuts on the floor, cute waitresses in tight jeans and cowboy boots, stiff drinks and kick ass ribs or steak, go to Original Roadhouse.
OMG So Much Food. This is one of my most favorite restaurants in the Rogue Valley. It does not matter what you order,is all good. You can cut the meat with a fork and it falls apart. Talk about delicious. Mother’s Day weekend for 2 we paid $28, meal, dessert and drinks. I had leftovers as usual. Our waitress was quick and took care of our every need. She did an amazing job . Of course there were peanuts all over the place. But that’s what makes this place unique.
Family Favorite. All the kids in the family request a trip to the Roadhouse for their birthday. Great food and great service. I recently had what I consider to be one of the most tender and delicious steaks of my life.
Terrible food. Got my order and a friend of mine got hers. Asked if we could swap steaks since we ordered different ones (and different sides too). Also, the waitress lied to me about what size steak was on my plate- it was smaller that what I was billed for. Had to resolve by manager coming over to verify. We were seated away from the other few guests so we never got drink refilled, etc. but all in all, my steak was well done when ordered rare. Just overall poor quality of food and staff was very rude after they discovered we had a few problems with our order. Just go to outback- at least I know my food is always correct and the employees are professional
Bad Food!!!! Bad Service!!!. I am surprised this place is still in business, My dining experience here was ok the first time the second time, our wait was Way way to long, my waitress was in a bad mood, and not friendly, My wife and i ordered burgers, about 45 minutes later I became Violently Ill purging that ,meal out of all orifices for what seemed like Hours, it was very painful, I will NEVER, EVER BE BACK!!!I had heard that they had some major staffing problems in the past i guess they are not resolved, I am surprised they are still open for business
Love it!. I have been to the Original Roadhouse in Medford 4 times and I don’t even live in Medford. Traveling for business from Portland it is one of my favorite restraunts to go to….i have never been disappointed. I love the veggi kabobs as a side dish option with the ribs. The Texas rolls are highly addictive, so watchout!
Great food, great service. Exactly what we wanted. Our waitress, Acacia, was a fantastic server. The only problem I had with our meal was that I ate way too much. 🙂 Plan to take half your meal home.
