Real Peruvian Food in Medford. Coming from a Peruvian family that truly celebrates Peruvian cuisine, We were exited to hear that there was a Peruvian food truck right here in Southern Oregon! We always approach with caution when venturing into a new Peruvian restaurant without having any feedback regarding the quality of the food, the authenticity, cleanliness, or the level of service provided. We were impressed when we shared our orders that Christian and his beautiful mother prepared and served us. Delicious and generous portions of some of the most authentic tasting Peruvian food that we have had in the US. It really did bring back memories of being in Barranco after hours, a very hip district in Lima with some very good sandwich joints and street food vendors that are open late to accommodate the hungry club-goers after a night of dancing in Lima, Thank you so much Christian and family, for bringing everyone in Southern Oregon a much needed, local Peruvian eatery.
