Awesome Breakfast!. During vacation we happened upon Punky’s and my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised with thequality of this fine little diner. Punky’s herself greeted us and seated us. Being there for breakfast we were provided coffee right away and had our order taken within 5 minutes even though the place was packed. Hubby had chicken fried steak. I had a scramble. We shared a very nice bowl of fresh fruit. Food was great, very filling and reasonably priced. We will be back!
Good Diner Food but Bad Service. We’ve been here a few times for breakfast. The food is good, the potato cakes are really yum. I LOVE the coffee. Just simple plain coffee but full of delicious flavor. The service is just really, really slow. Although they are friendly. The last time we ate here we waited in the entrance while 5-6 servers walked by us and NO ONE acknowledged us. Felt a little uncomfortable. The other times the wait staff seemed to forget about us a couple times.

Great spot!. This is a great spot. We had breakfast – so no pie (although they will let you order it for breakfast). biscuits were fresh and light, sausage gravy was great. They also have really good homemade english muffin bread – Kids enjoyed pancakes. Service was very friendly and place was VERY clean. Enjoy!
