Red Robin is redolent of off campus lunch in high school for me. As I expect with any franchise, the food was consistent in terms of preparation, portions, and flavor. The menu is a bit overwhelming with options for sauces but I do love the ability to customize. However, service at this particular location had been particularly disappointing. More than once my appetizer has been forgotten or brought out with entrees. Slow on drink refills. I doubt I’ll return at this point.
