Food is okay, nothing to write home about… Salad looked as tho someone left the dressing on it all day pretty sad, but our server was awesome! Band was middle of the road and let’s just say place had like 20 people? It may be a try it for yourself kinda place!?
Great Food!. We are always looking for a new place in Medford to eat. We were very pleasantly surprised @ The Rocky Tonk, we had a grilled salad that was outstanding, followed by a great Hamburger. We asked if we could get some of the macaroni and cheese for a side and they obliged w/ a fantastic side…
We went to the Rocky-Tonk this evening after hearing a lot of great stuff about their food. My wife and I are very picky about where we choose to eat and we were a little hesitant after reading a few negative reviews online. Our experience was anything but negative. We were greeted by a girl who ended up being our server. She was very friendly and always antisapated our needs. She explained the menu and told us about their executive chef and his culinary background. To start with we ordered the buttermilk fried quail with their house mac and cheese. Very good start…..then we moved onto trying the grilled romaine salad. It was one of the best, if not the best salad I’ve ever had, then we finished off by trying their grilled hanger steak ordered medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. This is definitely a new favorite for us and we will for sure be going back.
Very Poor Service. This evening I went to a friends birthday dinner. We arrived about 6:30; at about 7 the waiter came and took our order; so far no problem. An hour and 15 minutes latter he informed some of the guests that they did not have enough chicken and that our other food would arrive shortly. Finally at 8:30 my hambuger and some salids arrived arrived. That is 1 and 1/2 hour from the time the order was placed. The chicken dinners arrived about 15 minutes after that. To say the service was terrible is a gross understatement.
