I don’t know that I’ve ever had such a delicious salad than the build your own varieties at Rogue Eats. It’s like the bar at Whole Foods – tons of cheeses, roasted root vegetables, beans, lots of seasoned meats, etc. I always skip dressing and have the server drizzle the juice the chicken is cooked in on top. So good! I prefer the restaurant in the mall to this location because there’s so much more room to sit and enjoy your meal.
