The service is always friendly and the selection is excellent. We try to get different rolls each time and have yet to be disappointed. Always pay attention to the specials board for different ideas. They have a ribeye asparagus roll on special occasionally and it is so good. I wish they would add it to the regular menu. We also love the Alaska roll, Oregon roll, Las Vegas roll and the double crunch. Their ramen is also very good, as is their teriyaki. The salmon teriyaki is my favorite.
Sakura has new owners and a new location. (832 Crater Lake Ave., Suite 100, Medford, OR 97504 and a new phone: 541-816-4899). The new place was very clean and cheerful. Food was fresh and plentiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My Sister and I would definitely go again. Menu was extensive and it will take time for us to try many other dishes.
We especially enjoy the flower role. A great role without the rice. Fish is fresh and flavorful and the service is nice and friendly. We have also enjoyed the soups they offer.
Good, solid, affordable sushi. Sweet new owners, a lot of variety on the menu, and good prices. Plenty of places in town deliver lower quality at twice the price as Sakura; this place is a winner.
