Stopped –traveling thru town. We stopped into Sizzler enroute through Medford–we had salad bar and were very pleased. Staff were great — even filling up our travel mugs with lots of ice and fresh unsweet tea. The salad greens were being refilled and we were surprised with the selection of hot items available. If we’re back this way, we’ll stop in again. Thanks Sizzler. When will Sizzler come to Hattiesburg, MS — lots of college on budget along with seniors.
Comfy casual meal. You haters that wrote previous reviews, didn’t you realize it is Sizzler not a gourmet dining. The salad bar was fresh, soups were good, lots of chicken fingers and onion rings, taco bar and pastas with various desserts. The Malibu chicken was epic and the fried shrimp was really good. I suggest get the yeast rolls instead of toast next time. Hey it’s Sizzler, good food for reasonable prices. Staff ber friendly and helpful. Clean restaurant didn’t deserve such a low rating.
Most of the staff needs to be trained and so does the management. Since they are allowing their staff to provide poor customer service. I ordered the grilled shrimp and it had no taste and seemed rubbery. I will not go back to sizzler and disappointed how much the quality has dropped.
Not again…. We stopped by for dinner this evening and everyone in our group ordered the salad bar. The place appeared to be pretty busy. My question is… If it was so busy then why was rusty, wet and mushy looking iceberg lettuce served in the salad bar? Lettuce is probably the least expensive ingredient and there is simply no excuse for serving that. During our visit some of the items in the salad bar were not refilled and some items looked as if they have been sitting in their trays all day. I doubt if I will go back.
