Yummm!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Totally delicious place! All homemade soups, which are 10 everyday. They have standing soup choices of loaded baked potato, and split pea with ham, and then there are the daily specials. Sandwiches are generous portions, and they have salads and such too.I can’t get past the soup in a bread bowl myself! Yum!
Healthy and Tasty. I enjoy eating here. I do so often when I am short on time and want to catch a movie, which is about 40 steps away from their very comfortable inside or outside seating. The owner and staff go way past the call of duty with their food.As for the quality of the soup, there is no other place that sells soup to compare it to. The best soup I ever had there is seasonal, asparagus… The worst was still good, but too spicy for me. The thing is they always have about 8 or so soups to choose from plus sandwiches, wraps and salads. They offer samples, so it is easy to make a selection you will like. I almost always get the soup and half wrap special unless I’m hungry then I’ll get both full size. I know soup cannot compare to Steak Diane, but when you want comfort food that is healthy and tasty on a hot or cold day soup can be just fantastic. If you tried all of Sophia’s Soups and you did not like any of them, I would be shocked. It is a very nice place to eat a pleasant meal.
Had the clam chowder. I wasn’t impressed it tasted nothing like clam chowder. Staff was nice but can think of better places.
