Only Sushi open on Sunday’s.. If there were any other affordable Sushi places open on Sundays we would go there. My girlfriend and I are Sushi addicts and we always regret going there.
Not a good place anymore. My husband and I have been going to Star Sushi for about a couple of years now because it was convenient and the sushi was pretty good. Mario is a great sushi chef there. About a couple of months ago they hire a new sushi chef who is useless. He doesnt know what hes doing. We went in there when Mario wasnt there. We ordered nigiri and got sashimi instead. We said something, so he made little piles of rice without the fish on top. I couldnt believe it. We were really disappointed. A couple of months later we thought we would give it another try, so we placed an order to go. When we bought it home and opened up the box it looked like a dogs breakfast. They also cheated us out of two orders of nigiri. When I went back to complain I notice that useless sushi chef was there, so that told me enough. I will never go back to this place again. Their excuse is that he is a family member in training. Training for what! To alienate old customers by screwing up simple orders. If he is in training fire the trainer because he doesnt know how. Hes going to lose a lot of old time customers because he doesnt give a dam. If you want good Sushi in Medford go to Bonsai.
Come here at least once a week for date night. Highly recommend! Usual order, Gyoza, Goma Salad, and random pick two rolls! All are amazing but our favorites are the Orlando, and Mt. St Helen’s.

Excellent Food, Reasonable Prices. Fresh salmon and eel. Great flavor! Teriyaki chicken was wonderful. Great service! We will definitely be back!
