  The steaks at Texas Roadhouse are actually pretty good. I love their potato sides also – loaded mash or baked! The mashed have skin in them which is my favorite 🙂

  Epic FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We arrived at the Texas Roadhouse about 7:30 to find that there was a small waiting line. We were told 5 to 15 minutes, so we checked in and were given a seating pager so we sat down. 2 parties that arrived after us were seated and when we inquired, we were told they were part of larger parties which was an outright lie. About 15 minutes later the staff finally admitted they had lost our seating assignment in the computer, and they finally seated us. Our table was not entirely ready no silverware, no plates, and our server Morgan finally arrived at our table to get our drink order but she did not bring us bread, or silverware and plates. She finally did bring our drinks, after she waited on a table that arrive after us, which was unacceptable following the lost seating assignment. The music in the establishment was so loud that my husband and I could not converse without screaming at each other, and the staff were gathering near the kitchen area and singing and line-dancing when they should have been taking care of the customers. This is the most inappropriate thing I have ever witnessed in an eating establishment. There were so many staff members milling around, but never actually doing anything just walking and walking and walking not talking to customers, not bussing tables, not delivering food just literally doing NOTHING! The air conditioning was on and blowing right on our table and it was freezing! Its February and cold outside! There is no need for air conditioning to be blowing on customers in the middle of winter. We both had to eat with our sweatshirts on and that is ridiculous! The food finally arrived and my cut of prime rib was really small. My husband and I had the same thing and his was the correct size, but mine was not. The disgusting mixture the waitress identified as horseradish was nasty. There is never a time that dill or chives or whatever spice it was belongs in creamy horseradish. We finally got the waitress to bring us straight horseradish and sour cream and I mixed up our own. $20 for a plate of prime rib and I had to mix my own horseradish this is outrageous! The loaded baked potato had no butter on it and was completely dry. There were plenty of other toppings on it, but no butter. It took over an hour from the time we sat down to order, receive our food and be out the door and that is inexcusable! I literally saw 3 tables around us that came in after we did, who got served and out the door before we even got food. The waitress station which is located by the exit door is poorly placed the customers cannot get past the waitresses to leave the building. We are frequent customers but we will need to have a serious conversation with your manager before we pay $20 for a plate for mediocre food which was accompanied by the worst service we have ever received. This whole experience is inexcusable from the time we walked in the door to the time we left.24 Feb, 2014Good food – good service. Good food and good service, large and roomy booths, ability to get your own drink refills, and dinner arrives very quickly! Always a fun place to go!

  Every time we come the service is excellent and the food is delicious. Can’t say that about too many places nowadays!
