Great food. We use to eat there alot, when we lived in Medford..It is great food and the people that work there are just as great.If ever visiting Medford in the future.We will surely eat there. I would recommend this place highly..I now live in Oklahoma and wished that Sally and this Chinese place would move here..
Disgusting. I ordered Mu Shu and the cornstarch hadn’t been cooked out of the sauce, even though the vegetables were mushy and watery. Dim sum is foul, microwaved frozen pre-made gunk. Chicken dish was tough and gristly with thin tasteless sauce and soggy vegetables. Typical for the area – THERE IS NO GOOD ASIAN FOOD IN MEDFORD!! Best I’ve found is Pho Sur in Grants Pass and Phoenix, and Golden Phoenix in Phoenix. Clearly, most people in the Medford area simply don’t know what real Asian food should be like.As another reviewer noted, it is quite surprising that there is a dearth of edible Asian food in the valley, especially considering a great majority of the recent population is from the Bay Area (myself included). Whoever opens an authentic Asian restaurant in the valley will be very successful, as evidenced by Pho Sur.
Solid B+ Among the C- and lower in the area. The Rogue Valley (Medford, Ashland and several smaller cities) has a dearth of good chinese restaurants. This is hard to explain, especially for Ashland, with its big Shakespeare Festival tourist draw, and the fact that half the population has migrated up from the Bay Area. In any case, this is the best we’ve found. The atmosphere and decor are strip-mall economy style, but the food is good, the portions generous, the staff friendly and pleasant, and the prices very reasonable.
