This place definitely is different. Was in the oregonian dining guide 2015. Food and drink were good, different and reasonable. Place was too dark, menu was crumpled and the ambience was like a dive bar.
I have not been since they moved from the Nob Hill location, but hands down Tanuki is my favorite restaurant in Portland. I make it a point to dine there at least once every time that I am in Portland.
