This place made the Oregonian 2019 40 cheap eats list. Actually the sister restaurant in St. John’s did but this branch is very similar. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food is amazing and economical. I had the vegetarian tostada which was super crisp and covered in avocado and sour ceam for only $2.50. The small parking lot off of Burnside and 82nd was full so I had to park in the neighborhood on 83rd. Friendly service. Atmosphere has something to be desired but that is my only beef.
