This place is BY FAR my favorite Chinese restaurant …. not the typical Chinese place that you might think of …. THE DIM SUM IS ADDICTING!!!!! service is great … Ive never been dissatisfied with the food …. a lot of times especially on the weekend its about a 45 min wait but worth the wait 🙂
Wong’s is a Portland institution. It’s our go-to place for Sunday dim sum. Don’t expect small and cozy though, as this restaurant is cavernous, albeit well appointed. It’s generally packed, so you may have to wait a bit to get in. The dim sum carts come rolling by your table at break neck speed. Be prepared to make quick yes/no decisions on the dozens of offerings. For the most part, the quality is good to quite good. The offerings are traditional and coincide with what you find in most dim sum parlors. The difference is the vibe. Fast, furious, and energizing. thelunacafe.com
