  I have been going to Big Als since they opened. Its close to home and a fun place. There is a problem in the kitchen recently. The pizza and food use to be great. Not so anymore. I have had 3 pizzas in a row over past three months that were not good. I brought it up to the server and he had me talk to the resturant manager and it was handled professionally. I was given a voucher for another pizza. Came back in a few weeks. Pizza still bad. Not hot. Crust undercooked. BAD! Manager mentioned they have had complaints about the oven and have had problems. FIx it! Chicken on the salad was not edible either. So until they get it fixed no more for me which is to bad. I have always had good service and the beer is cold with clean taps. Sticking to that for now. Somebody let me know if they get a good pizza here. Thanks.

  There was a long wait for our bowling lanes and decided to grab something to eat. My wife and the turkey wrap and I had the teriyaki burger. Service was very slow and neither of us cared for our meals. They just didnt taste that great. Took 10 minutes to get our waters another 10 for our drinks. The meals did come out timely and our server was professional, polite and friendly with our daughters. Felt like a huge waste of money and time. We will not be back to eat.

  Absolutely unbelievable! Went into to your establishment to look for a Christmas party venue for my employees (150). In the mean time, I encountered Roxanne (or whatever her name is) your bartender. Rude, uniformed and tired to sell me something I didnt want or need. Moved to a table, bought my staff food and beverage and you/they charged it to another guests credit card. When I said It wasnt my card, the server (Courtney) called the (what he said he was the assistant GM.) This guy pulls me from our table and says, I smell alcohols on you breathe, we cant serve you. This is a family establishment. You people served me. Not drunk. Not anything except completely annoyed. Your $80.00 tab with no tip could have been a $5,000.00 tab with a huge tip. Wont be going coming back to this place EVER, along with my staff and friends. Too many other customer friendly establishments in town. Maybe a call to the OLCC may be in order (for over-serving the guest that wanted to fight at the bar). The funny thing about all this is that, I have been going here for a long time and most bartenders/servers have always been great! Not this time..well never go back. What a joke! Your asst. GM need’s customer service training. He’s a joke too.

  Being from a small town, I have never seen anything like this place & I was in awe! between bowling, the arcade upstairs, the bar, & the pub with HUGE screens, you will never be bored at this place! the food was good too! highly recommend this to anyone in the area.

  Really enjoyed the Kickin Chicken sandwich. The jalapeo bread was awesome, the bacon crisp and the super spicy mayo was outstanding.

  Wow, so good. We arn’t bowlers and have been here four times so far and love it. The food is really good and the staff is very friendly. You don’t have to bowel to eat there just go to the sports bar for lunch or dinner. Watch out for the Near Death Burger I’s hot.
