Awesome Hawaiian Food. I lived across the street from Hapa Grill and ate there at least once a week. The Kalua pork is delicious, moist and flavorful. The sides are excellent and I enjoy the big selection. This is my favorite Hawaiian restaurant in Portland for take-out. If I could make one improvement, a frequent diner card would be nice.
Good. Enjoyed the food
The best in class.. Hands down the best price to quality to service to yumminess ratio for Hawaiian in Beaverton or PDX.The counter order thing can be hard with a lot of people, but the place is nice, clean, and family run. A good combo when the food is also very good. Price is more than fair with the selection on entrees, and the portion size is very large.Enjoy this little gem at the far end of the ‘Tron.I always leave happy at Hapa.
Best hawaiian. I don’t understand why people compare Hapa to other Hawaiian restaurant. Although they clearly have better Hawaiian food then other Hawaiian restaurants who offer full on Hawaiian food. Hapa actually serves many different types of Asian food and they do it right. Everything I had from their kalua pork to bulgogi, kalbi, poke. You name it, it’s amazing. You are paying less than 10 bucks per plate so don’t expect fancy setting but it’s definitely worth more than what you pay for. There’s reason why they were voted for best pork in town. GO FOR IT!
I love this place and staff. It is the perfect comfort food. Their specials on the board are definitely worth checking out, as are the potatoes and especially the short ribs.
ALMOST better then my own cooking!!. This place is my favorite for kalua Pork with cabbage, and they even serve taro fries when the have them!! have always had great fast service. Only thing i hate is going out to Beaverton to get some good Hawaiian food.
Nothing too fancy but a good hearty meal. Got Kahlua pork.
