We actually went here twice. We had bought a Groupon which was expiring soon, so we went in for dinner one night before a movie at Cinetopia. After we ordered, I noticed the Groupon was only good until 4 pm, so we couldn’t use it. We went ahead and had dinner anyway, and came back the following weekend for an early dinner.The first visit, my wife ordered the Fish and Chips. She said the portions were good, and the fish was meaty, but she thought the batter was under cooked and soggy. I had the Ridge Burger ($11) and fries. It was just okay, a typical burger with traditional toppings, bland and nothing special.The second visit, my wife ordered a cup of the Seafood Chowder ($5), which she thought was excellent, and a Large Caesar Salad ($10) which she said was good. I had the Sirloin Dip ($12), which again was just okay, very plain and bland. It only comes with chips, so I substituted fries for $1, and added a side salad, which I liked, for $4. That brought my sandwich, fries and salad up to $17, which seems a little much for what I received.The service was good. The decor is nice. My wife says she wants to go back for some chowder, but I haven’t found anything worth going back for.
