2nd movie here in 2 months, 1st movie was first visit. Saved money with groupon, first time in Living Room, tonight in Parlor. Service was excellent staff attentive, and both dinners were delicious as were my movie partner’s. Ample portions and flavorful. Recommend give this place a try!!It will ruin you for regular movie houses.

Went to go see you’re next with a 19.99. Groupon. If you are going to see a movie in the movie parlour make sure you get ther 45 minutes early if you want a seat next to whomever you are with. The wait was annoying and the seats were uncomfortable. I have no clue as to why this a place that charges to much for really nothing too special. Im glad i used a groupon because it is definitely not worth the price!

Overpriced. I always love the seating in the theater but would skip the restaurant – Vinetopia. We went for the happy hour before our movie started. The appetizers we purchased were $5 & $6. Good thing we weren’t super hungry! We had 4 wing pieces to share (2 each!) and a few veggies. And the humuus plate had 4 small wedges of pita with a tiny bit of huumus to share. For the price they are charging for happy hour, I’d skip this place and go to Hall Street or even McMenamins and get more for the money.

Worst service ever. I would score this place a zero if I could. Purchased my tickets in advanced 1.5 weeks in advanced for Iron Man 3. Bought 4 tickets at $20ea ($80 for four ) showed up 1hr early and Me who is disabled with my wife and a friend and his wife who was pregnant 7mo (reason why we went to this theater because unable to sit at regal cinemas) was unable to even find a seat because people was holding like 7 seats ea (in a room with only 30 seats) went to manager demanded money back and met a few other families some much older that myself very upset about same thing. In order for you to even sit together with family members in this theater you must buy out whole room. I felt really bad for my daughter who took time off work to watch her younger sister for us. I strongly advise do not go to this theater advoid it not for families. Like I was saying I was not alone we talked to 5 families who also was leaving upset about same thing.

Terrible service. I’ve been trying to reach the manager to help work out a problem at the theater, and he has refused to call or email. This is a Nordstrom priced theater with Goodwill service – wait, Goodwill has better service.Cinetopia’s website gave the wrong information, so when I took my girls to see Twilight (I know!) they couldn’t go in bc now the theater said it was in a 21+ theater. They had already taken our groupon, and we had ordered our popcorn, so when we went to get our groupon back, they said bc we had bought our popcorn, they couldn’t do that. Then they gave us two vouchers valid for the next day only, and sent us on our way. I’m out $19 and won’t go there again.

Won’t go back. A friend and I decided to try Cinetopia for the first time. We knew it would be expensive, but thought a splurge might be fun. I feel more like we got ripped off. We ate dinner in the restaurant. The service was horrible. The food was okay, but not worth the prices they charge. They charged us $2.00 to split a dish. The wine and beer were expensive. It just is not a restaurant where the service and food was good enough to warrant the high prices they charge. The outdoor seating looked nice, if you like sitting out looking over a large parking lot.The movie seating was horrible. We got into the living room theater 30 minutes early as instructed. We thought we would have been there much earlier, but due to the horrible dinner service, we barely made it 30 minutes before. There were not 2 seats together except in the front row where we had to crank our necks up to see the screen. Some people who got there after us had to sit apart from each other. When you pay 15.50 for a ticket, this is not what I would expect. The seats are very comfortable. Servers took our food and drink orders. We ordered popcorn. When it came, it was the saltiest stuff I had ever tasted. We told our server there was something wrong with it. She said it is all the same. It was not edible, so my friend took it back to the snack bar where they gave her a new bag which was much less salty, although full of husks. We didn’t eat it. For me, the food service in the theater and the deluxe seats are not worth the negatives.

Restaurant food and service. Eating in the restaurant before or after the movie will get you nothing but extremely poor service and cold and most overpriced poor food. Same issue in the theater when ordering. Food cold and if served at all will be partway into the movie disturbing those watching movie as well as a major risk factor with ottomons practically tripping anyone including servers. (Have they ever heard of wheels on the ottomons). Hope they have good liability insurance and workers comp. Last night was the absolutely the end of my patronizing this place. Thought they couldn’t mess up dessert and coffee in the restaurant after the movie especially with only three tables outside as their patrons. Inside was empty. Guess again! Waitress brought coffee and cream (took forever) but told us we could use the fork or knife to stir cream with. We asked for spoons and 10 minutes later were given ice cream soda spoons. Desserts were terrible. Key lime pie tasted freezer burnt. Apples foster was nothing but raw sliced apples in a bowl sprinkled with some cinnamon. The apple crisp they said that was to be in the dish must have been the dried up piece of apple peel on the side. Ice cream was soupy and there was no caramelization or caramel in the dish. Had to beg for coffee and refills as well. At $7.95 for each dessert plus coffee at $3.50 and knife and fork offered for stirrers, I wonder where did these people ever come from. This venue has a good concept but cannot execute and definitely does not have restaurant quality staff or etiquette. Terrible! Terrible! Terrible!
