I usually stop in Carl’s jr. Only of the Big Chain hamburger places. Only because number 1 the food has always been good and if there was a mistake made they gave me a coupon to come back and get whatever I wanted free off the menu. Number two the service is good and the cooking is great I love their deep fried zucchini and deep fried mushrooms. Their hamburgers taste like hamburgers not like soy Burgers like other and chain places have. I enjoy going there when I can’t cook for myself or I’m not up to cooking for myself.

Every time I visit this location the employees and food are above average. My applause to the owner, managers, and crew! The place is always clean, the faces are always smiling, and the food is always good. This morning I was on the run so I dropped in to pick up a Smoked Sausage Muffin (a Hillshire farms kielbasa, cheese, egg, and a biscuit) It was pretty darned good. Keep up the good work guys and gals; you all are an example that other places around Albany should pattern themselves after!27 May, 2012Thanks For Being So Cheery!. Writing a review on a chain restaurant with an established name like Carls Jr. (or their better half, Hardys) is a little like writing on a truck stop bathroom wall with a washable marker, right before cleaning time…nobody is ever going to see it. Why? Because, people are not wondering what they will get from a Burger king, McDonalds, or Carls Jr.; they already know what to expect, making the need for a review, a mute point. So the food is what it is…cheap… edible…. and filling but the customer service at this location has always been very good. The young ladies working behind the counter were the most pleasant people I had talked to all day (yup it was one of those days). Keep up the good work girls!
