Most of the time I’ve had good service, there are several times that I have not. They took away the cafeteria style service where you can go in and pay a certain price and get all the chicken you wanted to eat vegetables mashed potatoes and gravy everything. Now they have taken that away and you have to pay an exorbitant amount to get three pieces of chicken coleslaw and some mashed potatoes and gravy and that’s all it’s changed a lot. Yes the floors are greasy, that’s common with a restaurant that deep fries almost all of its food. I don’t like how they stack they’re garbage outside one of the doors it just sits there until one of the workers takes it away and throws it away that makes it look like a trashy place I don’t know what’s in the garbage bags I have never did ask, but they leave about 6 flight big trash bags sitting outside and then they decide to take them away and they should take care of it per bag basis.

Ms.. You most definately need to get rid of two of your young gals who work there! One drive thru girl does not pay attention nor care if your order is wrong! and lets you know she hates her job! Then when you go into your store to get the rest of your order the other one acts likes its a bother! Terrible customer service! I work customer service too! Lazy rude people shouldn’t work with the public!
This kfc and A&W is gross. Almost every time i have been here, the lobby is always a mess and the cashiers are slow. The A&W food is disgusting and sometimes kfc too..Don’t eat here.
