Most authentic and also best, fresh cuts of Meat. You really have to try their meat section!!! They have cooked meats such as Carnitas, Chicharon con Carne (my favorite), tamales, birria, etc. all cooked with Authentic Mexican flavor. They also have the best prepared ready to cook meats like Carne al Pastor. Their meat is very fresh, clean and very reasonably priced. Their cheeses are also very fresh and wonderful. They also have ready made salsa’s in their produce cooler and sometimes have candied fruit….YUMMM!! My only complaint is that they don’t have one in Corvallis!!! 🙂 Oh, well Albany isn’t that far of a drive.

There are several of this type of operation around the valley and I’ve yet to find a bad one.I bought Half a Chicken to-go and will get to it later tonight. I’ll revise my review after I’ve sunk my teeth into this deliciously fragrant Bird.
