Another failed meal from Love Love…I have tried to find an email to email my complaints to no avail. The staff on hand is useless to make complaints to.We have eaten here for years. We loved the Love Spicy Chicken Salad. I don’t know why we keep coming back as our order is messed up EVERY SINGLE TIME. We repeat what we want, have the order taker repeat it yet, always still wrong. Last night, my husband picked up a take out order on his way home from work. He had to go back into town to get missing items from our order…he received barely an apology, Seriously?? Do you not understand how to be a service oriented restaurant?The quality of food is no longer worth the aggravation. The salad has wilted ingredients, the salad dressing is 1/2 the thickness it used to be as well as the teriyaki sauce. These employees are ruining what used to be a decent little place to eat. Obviously the owners could care less because the service, the food, everything is not being improved upon. We WILL NOT be back.

Our first time at this location.. SWMBO is a life-long birdwatcher. This morning we headed for Albany to locate a Snowy Owl which we had heard was a great distance south of its normal range. (We found it, by the way.)As lunch time drew near, we made our way to Love Love. The restaurant is set up very much like the Salem stores. It’s an order at the counter place. It’s immaculately clean, as are they all. The rest rooms are tiled and the hot water is almost immediate. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Udon Dinner and my bride ordered a Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. The efficient young counter man brought our meals. The first thing I noticed was the Chicken quantity was not as generous as at the Liberty RD (Salem) location. Also the pieces varied wildly in size and appeared to be haphazardly cut up. We’re used to uniformly cut pieces of Thigh Meat, which assures even cooking, at our favorite Love Love. The proportion of Napa Cabbage was also skimpier. Carol commented that some of her Chicken pieces were overcooked. My Udon Noodles were perfectly cooked; fat and chewy.If this is a franchise store, as I suspect, they seem to have all the same recipes as the other locations (which I believe are family owned) including that of their proprietary (and closely guarded) Teriyaki Sauce.Although comparisons with the best Teriyaki place in the valley, if not in Oregon, are inevitable. This was still a very good meal!
Return customer. Love the teriyaki chicken bowl with steamed veggies. The veggies are never overcooked and the sauce has just the right flavor
