Food is always good and fresh. I personally love the pepperoni. I have also bought a lot of sausage over the years and really like the pork chops also. I feel it is reasonably priced. Nice little local Gem.

Here’s a quick tip for Pepper Tree. CALL YOUR ORDER IN! The looks on the faces of waiting patrons when you walk in and Michael has buns ready for you is priceless! It’s like they’re dumbfounded. Just add your condiments, hand them back, pay your bill and you’re usually out in less then 5. Granted this only works on to go orders.I might add the Navy Bean soup was magnificent today. A fair portion of ham and just enough pepper for my taste.08 Oct, 2011Meat the Man!. I’ve been going to Pepper Tree for several years now. This is the kind of place you have to warm up to. Most folks will either love it or hate it. It is small true, but the flavor and quality far exceed it’s humble demeanor. If you have time to wait give them a try. My favorite lunch item is probably the Polish Style Kielbasa Combo. Breakfast is also amazing. I often get an omelette with ham, mushrooms and olives No frills, just good food. The owner is typically curt so don’t take offense. Relax, squeeze in and maybe you’ll hear him singing along with the radio!
