Screwed up my carryout order, and then refused to provide a refund. The manager (Alysa?) was rude, combative, and argumentative. She refused to provide me with contact information for her manager, and threatened me when I asked for a refund. If I could rate this restaurant a zero, I would. This is aa Pizza Hut for crying out loud, how hard could it be?
Surprise!!!!. Its just the same as every other Pizza Hut! Tonight my brother and I decided to fill our man-sized hunger with a large any topping pizza for $10 (their current promotional deal). We got the meat-lovers with the added chicken, green peppers, onions, and jalapenos which I believe may have devastated their supplies, leaving them left only with the dreaded mushroom. (I have to be in the right mood to eat something that grows on cow pies and tonight I wasnt feeling it). Our pizza was hot and fresh and we thoroughly enjoyed consuming nearly the whole pie. Our waitress was pleasant and the suspended liquor license sign in the window provided my imaginative brother and I with plenty of musings about how they may have lost it. Great service, Good pizza, and an even better price. While Pizza Hut has this promotion going, I suggest you give em a taste.
