Very pleasant atmosphere with…… Picture windows afford a pastoral view of the golf course from which you can watch the duffers do what duffers do out there with their little sticks bouncing their little white balls around. I was alone among a squad of standard height tables and comfortable chairs. The restroom sparkled and the hot water was immediate.Megan, the counter person and server, was convivial and proficient.I ordered a Club Sandwich, sans the third Bread slice and Mayo, from the limited lunch menu of Sandwiches, Salads and Soups with a garden Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing as my side. The Salad consisted of Arugula, Tomato, julienned Carrots, Kalamata Olives (nice tangy touch) and what may well have been house-made Croutons. It was very good. The Club was among the best I’ve had lately despite the use of processed Turkey. The French Bread was the deal maker. I asked Megan whence they source it. She was a little cagey saying only that they order it in and do not make it in-house. I didn’t push it.Though I didn’t have them today, but inquired for future reference, their Fries are Battered Shoestrings.I plan to return to enjoy this serene setting and try another Sandwich and perhaps sample one of their soups.
