Horrible service a sad decline in the years …. Used to love going to pops with our Grand dad or my dad for breakfast and to hang out with friends in the evening. Only on occasion would you have an issue, but over the last 2 years we’ve gone less and less and doubt we’ll be back again. The only way you got service is if your elderly or disabled… and if you sit where it’s convenient for the waitresses. They have been rude and anything but polite. They don’t bring water, your lucky to get a menu and management only backs them up on their behaviors believing they do no wrong. Some of these ladies need to retire. If your at the point of being that rude you need a new profession or to quite. If they don’t want you in the back than close it off, don’t be rude and tell you to move. Wed have moved had we been politely asked not scorned. Not to mention the only ones asked to move so the waitress wasn’t inconvenienced. I know it’s not an easy job but it’s called customer service for a reason. There is no excuse for how rude they are on a reoccurring basis. I’m amazed they are still in business. At this rate they won’t be. Watch for sneaky charges to. And if you don’t tip you bet you’ll get an attitude for that too. Tips are earned not just given. Foods ok. Service and cleanliness… not so much.
